30 days to decide.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Returns within the US are free.

What we accept
Graphia New York pieces, full price or on sale, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to return

1. Start your return at graphiany.com/pages/returns, or log in to your account.
2. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item and send it back. Returns sent without an approved request can't be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Exchanges
Wrong size? Exchanges on full-price Graphia pieces are free, subject to availability. Every piece is made in a small run, so sizes go fast. For sale items, return the original and place a new order.

Final sale
Pieces from our curated edit of other designers are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also final sale.

Damaged or incorrect items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email info@graphianyc.com within 7 days with a photo, and we'll make it right.

International orders
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any duties are paid by the customer.
